Every adventure leaves a footprint. This time, we’re making sure some of ours grow into something good. 🌱

A meaningful initiative by By The Billions and Malayan Xpedition 2026, the tree planting session is a step towards restoring and nurturing the environment we explore, with roots that can grow far beyond us.

The Pokok Kayu Ara (Fig Tree) was chosen for its role in supporting local biodiversity, providing food and habitat for wildlife and helping create a healthier ecosystem over time.

A small act today, with roots that can grow far beyond us. 🌿

🏕️ MALAYAN XPEDITION 2026｜EPISODE 4

And finally… we’re ready to start the actual off-road drive! 🚙💨🌿

Our first destination was a wild campsite where we would spend one night before making our way to the actual base camp.

The evening drive was an adventure on its own. 😎

We cruised through palm oil plantations, tackled dirt roads, and went up and down the hills as the convoy pushed deeper into the jungle. 🌴🌿

The dust was everywhere — covering our cars and, at certain points, making visibility seriously low. 💨😵‍💫

Luckily, we were travelling together as a convoy. Headlights on, keeping a safe distance, and making sure everyone stayed together. 🚙🚙🚙

As night fell, we finally arrived at our wild campsite. 🌙🏕️

After an exciting first taste of the off-road journey, it was time to set up camp, rest up and get ready for what was coming next.

One night here… then it’s off to the actual base camp.

Stay tuned for the next day’s adventure! 👀🔥
