We have just launched Hotel Management Part of our software.
Below are the features
1. Booking Management
Add and manage rooms, room types, and amenities.
Booking calendar view – see all bookings, check-ins, and check-outs in a visual layout.
Book rooms for a date range and assign guests.
Different pricing based on:
Number of guests
Dates (weekdays/weekends, seasonal rates)
Room type
Handle early check-in / late check-out charges.
2. Room Management
Create rooms with:
Accommodation type (single, double, suite, etc.)
Maximum adults/children allowed
Custom room number
Amenities selection (AC, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Descriptions & photos
Mark rooms unavailable (maintenance, renovations, etc.).
3. Pricing Options
Default price – same price for all days.
Day-specific pricing – different rates for each day of the week.
Seasonal pricing – adjust rates for peak/off-peak seasons.
Support for discounts and coupon codes.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Track guest arrival and departure.
Automatically adjust room status (Occupied, Vacant, Reserved).
Record advance payments and remaining balance.
5. Extras & Services
Add charges for:
Laundry
Food orders
Other paid amenities
Add these charges to the guest’s bill before checkout.
6. Reports & Dashboard
Occupancy reports – see how many rooms are booked over time.
Revenue reports – income per room, per booking, or by date range.
