I thought it was factory error but suddenly discovered it was
overloaded so it overheated and melted the plastic holding the coil.
Do you think this blender can still be fixed and should we go ahead and fix it since it was the customer’s misuse of the blender that resulted into this damage?

I thought it was a factory error because of the wires that rolled round the coil
