Someone told me yesterday that my daughter’s long and full hair is purely as a result of good genes.
Well, if you are here and you have that mindset, I’m sorry to burst your bubble. Good genes alone can not help you maintain healthy hair.
Yes, genetics may determine certain things like hair texture, density, or growth pattern, but healthy hair still requires intentional care, consistency, and proper maintenance. Even the “best genes” can’t save hair that is constantly neglected, dehydrated, damaged, or poorly handled.
