SHOE PRODUCTION SERIES - THE LASTING PROCESS AT EROJIM SHOE FACTORY

At Erojim Shoe Factory, the lasting stage is one of the most important processes in footwear manufacturing, helping to shape, strengthen, and balance every shoe before final finishing.

⚙️ Toe Lasting Machine
This machine shapes and secures the front part of the shoe upper onto the last, giving the footwear a clean toe structure, proper fitting, and durability.

⚙️ Back & Side Lasting Machine
This process pulls and secures the sides and back of the shoe for proper balance, strong structure, and premium finishing.
