A client called me to ask if she can see some semi detached duplex available for sale.

So we moved!

On getting to the very first site showing her a semi detached duplex.

She screamed and said NO

I asked whats wrong

She said “I dont want the one thats joined together, I want my own compound to myself”

Don't become a chief tenant

A chief tenant is someone who has stayed long enough in a place that they attain the position of a probono caretaker

Although, most people attain this position unconsciously
