JAMB WON'T APPROVE ADMISSIONS INTO LAW PROGRAMMES AT EIGHT UNIVERSITIES FOR 2025/2026 SESSION:

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that it will not conduct or approve admissions into the Bachelor of Laws (LL.😎 programmes at eight Nigerian universities for the 2025/2026 academic session. The decision follows a suspension of the affected LL.B programmes by the Council of Legal Education (CLE), JAMB said in a statement signed by its Public Communications Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin.

The universities affected, according to the JAMB statement, are: Kwara State University (Malete), Bingham University (Karu), Redeemers University (Ede), Western Delta University (Oghara), Taraba State University (Jalingo), Arthur Jarvis University (Akpabuyo), Alex Ekwueme Federal University (Ndufu-Alike) and the Nigerian Police Academy (Wudil).

JAMB clarified that it will not approve any admissions for candidates seeking to register for Law at these institutions for the 2025/2026 session.
