"FOUR GARMENTS OF HIS ANOINTING "

Going across the Scriptures, I came across different manifestations of the Anointing of the Holy Spirit in the life of some Prophets of God and I conclude, that, at a time like this, there is need to walk in the power of various Manifestations of His Anointing.

In 2 Kings 1:9-14, Ahaziah, King of Samaria had sent his Captain with his Fifty soldiers to go and arrest Elijah.

9. Then the king sent to him a captain of fifty with his fifty men. So he went up to him; and there he was, sitting on the top of a hill. And he spoke to him: “Man of God, the king has said, ‘Come down!’ ”
10. So Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, “If I am a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men.” And fire came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.

Another Captain was sent with his fifty soldiers and they were likewise roasted by fire from heaven.
This is a type of anointing of The Lord upon His servant. Anointing that consumes the enemies of God's servants. A Consuming-Fire Anointing. Anointing that protect God's servant with a hedge of fire, on the condition that: "If I be a man of God !", then, let fire come down from heaven and consume God's enemies.

That was the type of Elijah's anointing. Anointing that had no mercy on unrepentant oppositionists. Anointing that is merciless on die-hearted antagonists of the gospel and the light of Jesus Christ. Anointing that set fires in the camp of the enemies and burns them off to ashes, with no second chance. That was a type of Elijah's anointing. When the third captain came with his fifty soldiers to arrest Elijah and he saw the roasted bodies of the previous 100 soldiers with their two captains, he dropped on his knees and pleaded for mercy for his life and the lives of his troops.

That was the type of Elijah's Anointing. Anointing that brings down your enemies on their knees before you. Consuming fire Anointing. Anointing that Roasts Enemies God and His servants.
At times, the manifestations of this type of Anointing is inevitable upon some enemies of God's people who insist on shutting down the manifestations of the power of God in the land.

Now let's consider Another manifestation of the Lord's Anointing.
The king of Syria was planning wars against Israel, and each time the Syrian king laid his strategies on the table before his military generals, The Lord would show Elisha and Elisha would inform the Israel King, so, Israel kept on winning the wars and the king of Syrian became frustrated, believing that there was a traitor amidst the generals, who was revealing their military strategies to the armies of Israel. Then, someone, informed the king of Syria, that it was Elisha who was hearing all their secret conversations and seeing all their secret planning and unfolding these to the Israel king.

The Syrian king ordered the arrest of Elisha. So a large number of Syrian armies invaded the town where Elisha was in the middle of the night, to arrest him. In the morning, his servant was perplexed to see the multitude of armed soldiers who had come to convey Elisha to the Syrian king. But Elisha was seeing something else:

2 Kings 6:17
And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Elisha's bodyguards and protocol officers were Angels on fiery horses and chariots of fire, always surrounding him. Whao! So, when those Syrian soldiers came close to Elisha and commanded him to release himself for arrest. Then, the table turned:

2 Kings 6:18-23
18. So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord,
and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.

The whole Battalion of Syrian soldiers came to Elisha, but Elisha had commanded them all to be blinded with their eyes opened. They had their eyes opened, but they could not see whom they were supposed to see. They came to Elisha to arrest him, but, Elisha told them, they had not got to where they were going. He told them they had missed their way. He offered to lead them to the right person to arrest. And he led them into the Palace of the King of Israel, into the Den of their arch enemy.
THAT IS ANOINTING THAT BLINDFOLD THE EYES OF THE ENEMIES.
ANOINTING THAT BLINDS THEIR EYES AND STILL LIVE THEIR EYES OPENED.

Apostle Paul, in Acts 13:9-11, was provoked by Elymas, the Sorcerer who was hindering the the flow of the Gospel that he was preaching to a Roman Proconsul, Sergius Paulus.

[9] Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him
[10] and said, "O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease perverting the straight ways of the Lord?
[11] And now, indeed, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a time." And immediately a dark mist fell on him, and he went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

THAT IS A MANIFESTATION OF THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. ANOINTING THAT BLINDS THE EYES OF ENEMIES OF GOD'S PEOPLE. ANOINTING THAT BLINDFOLDS ENEMIES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND GODLINESS

See Anointing! Anointing that changes the directions of your enemies. But this type of anointing is strange. Elisha's anointing brought his enemies into the king's palace and instead of killing them, set a table of buffet before them and fed them before sending them back to their master. And because of this: "...the bands of Syrian raiders came no more into the land of Israel." Anointing that arrests the enemies and set food before them and send them back to the sender, so that they never come back again. This type of Elisha's anointing is a strange one.
How many want this type of Anointing?

NOW, LET'S LOOK AT THE TYPE OF SAMUEL'S ANOINTING

1 Samuel 19:20-24
20. Then Saul sent messengers to take David. And when they saw
the group of prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as leader over them, the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.
21. And when Saul was told, he sent other messengers, and they
prophesied likewise. Then Saul sent messengers again the third time,
and they prophesied also.
22. Then he also went to Ramah, and came to the great well that is at Sechu.
So he asked, and said, “Where are Samuel and David?”And someone said, “Indeed they are at Naioth in Ramah.”
23. So he went there to Naioth in Ramah. Then the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on and prophesied until he came to Naioth in Ramah.
24. And he also stripped off his clothes and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night.
Therefore they say, “Is Saul also among the prophets?”

What type of Anointing that Arrests is this?
This is another strange Anointing of another man of God. Saul had been looking around to kill David. David had escaped to Samuel in Ramah. Saul had sent a captain of fifty with his fifty soldiers to arrest David and Samuel, but the moment they got to the Camp of Samuel, they joined other ministers and began to prophesy, worshiping and praising The Lord.

Saul sent another battalion, they too got to the camp, and joined the group of worshippers, praising The Lord and prophesying of the goodness of God. Saul sent the third captain and his fifty soldiers, they too populate the worship team of Samuel's camp. They would come with the intention to arrest, but ended up dancing and singing and prophesying aloud.

Then, Saul the king, decided he would come and lead the arrest himself. His own case was the worst. Ever before he got close to the camp, he had began to sing, dance and prophesy right inside his chariot. And the moment he got down from his chariot and stepped on the Camp ground of Samuel, he went wild in prophesying and stripped himself naked, remaining his underwear, rolling on the dusty ground and singing, worshipping and prophesying aloud.

Anointing that makes the enemies who want to arrest you begin to dance and worship your God. Anointing that makes your enemies end up prophesying and speaking in tongues right in your presence. Anointing that arrests the Arresters. Anointing that makes your enemies sing and dance to your God whenever they see you.

CHECK THIS LAST TYPE OF ANOINTING!
This is what the Lord Jesus said in
Luke 4:18 NKJV
"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

THAT IS THE JESUS ANOINTING.
Anointing that Preaches the Gospel.
Anointing that heal the Sick and the Brokenhearted.
Anointing that set the Captives Free from Devil's Bo***ge
Anointing that Open the eyes of the Blind.
Anointing that delivers the Oppressed from Curses of the Devil.

In the Midst of all THIS perverse generation, may I be clothed in all the Garments of Your Anointing.

Get the water of unripe pineapple, three lime oranges, and three ijagaun orange, mix them together. Four spoons 3 times a day after meal.

Undiluted honey, aloe Vera juice mixed together, take two or 3 spoons every day.

15. ENGLISH: SLEEPLESS NIGHT (2)
Add(2) 3 spoons of honey into glass cup of milk(low in cholesterol).Take all as soon as you are ready to go to bed.

A handful of Abeere seed, grind it well and mix it with honey (half coke bottle).One spoon every hour.

18. ENGLISH: CIRCUMCISION/SCAR ON NEW BORN BABY MANHOOD
Mix groundnut oil and goya oil, original honey ¼ coke bottle, use it to rub it with cotton wool.2 times a day.

Bitter leaf, scent leaf, squeeze them, add little potash, grind 3 bulb of onion garlic and mix it with the solution above. Also squeeze dongoyaro leaf with the solution. Adult: 3 spoons 3 times a day; children 1 spoon 3 times a day.

Some alum, some potash, a spoon of salt, native pepper. Grind them together put small of it to the affected teeth and wash your mouth with lime water after 5 minutes.

Take two spoons of original honey before eating (morning & night).

Squeeze scent leaves and rub the juice on your forehead every day.

Take one spoon of original honey. After an hour squeeze scent leaf and bitter leaf with lime water and filter it. 3 spoons three times a day.

Grind bitter leaf and mix it with either honey or gin. Drink it and rub body with it.

34. ENGLISH: MENSTRUAL PAIN
Get Oriji herbs, wash it and cut it into pieces. Soak it with water. Drink it for 3 days before your menstruation.

35. ENGLISH: MENSTRURATION PROBLEM
Get 3 wonderful cola, ginger and garlic, cut them into pieces. Get 1 bottle of lime orange juice.
Pour the three substances into the bottle of lime and add small original honey to it. Take 2 spoons 2 times a day.

Mix 3 spoons of original honey, 3 local eggs and a tin milk together and drink it twice a week.

37. ENGLISH: BOIL
Grind otili leaf and mix it with ori amo. Rub it on the boil.

38. ENGLISH: CHILDREN MIDDLE HEAD PAIN
Cut alubosa elewe into pieces fry palm oil on fire and add that onion and iru woro to it and leave it till the naming day of the child before star using it to rub his head.

39. ENGLISH: DANDRUFF
Grind lali leaves with alubosa elewe, dry it and re-grind it and pour it inside hair cream for usage.

40. ENGLISH: URINATORY CHILD
Let the child be taking 2 spoons of original honey after eating at night.

41. ENGLISH: SAFE DELIVERY
A pregnant woman should be drinking chickw**d (Ewedu) soup at all time or squeeze it and be drinking the juice.

YORUBA: IBIMO ALABOYUN NI IRORUN
Alaboyun yi o mamu obe ewedu nigbogbo igba tabi ki o gbo ewedu pelu omi die, ki o si maa mu omi re.

42. ENGLISH: RASHES (1)
Mix lime water with black soap and use it to rub the affected part.

TOPIC: THE TEACHER

Read: Acts 13:1-3
MEMORISE: ...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…_ (Matthew 28:20).

EXPOSITION
Jesus Christ, the greatest Teacher of the Word of life, taught His disciples many things about the Kingdom of God. Those who heard Him, knew that His teaching was a special class. He also taught as having authority and power not as common teaching of the religious people of His time. Before He went back to heaven, He commanded all His disciples to do the same. By teaching them, it meant that they were ignorant of the secrets of the Kingdom of heaven and its blessings before. But after the teaching, they understood the mysteries of the Kingdom.

Thank God that He taught them. When He commissioned us to go and teach all nations and creatures, it simply means they are also deep in religiosity, worshipping and doing wrong things. Remember, teaching leads to knowing new things. Have you considered millions in the world today, worshipping wrong objects, spirits, powers and idols, thinking they are doing the right thing? It is because they were taught wrong doctrine and ideologies. The world is waiting for more teaching of the Holy Bible. Go and teach them!

Go and teach them the truth. Many are gifted in teaching; use your gifts to teach your children in plain language what God wants for them. There are young men who are around us that we need to teach how to prepare for their eternity, future, marriage, financial blessings with holiness but are lost in smoking, gyration, extortion and sagging. Many prospective mothers among our young ladies are waiting for us to teach them how to be godly mothers, wives women of virtues, women of godly values and valour, but they are trading with their bodies. Some are victims of ritualists, kidnappers and satanic agents. Let us rise and teach our children, youths, adults and old people the biblical teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the end time! Jesus Christ is coming soon!

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, make us teachers of the Word.
2. Lord, give the Church listening ears and obedient hearts.
3. Lord, circumcise the hearts of our leaders to hear Your Word and obey you.

TOPIC: AN INTERNAL FIX

Read: Jeremiah 31:31-34

31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

MEMORISE: I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26).

EXPOSITION
Imagine a major automobile accident that does not only shatters the windshield and dents the hood, but also damages the engine and transmission. Taking the car to a repairer’s shop would make no difference, if the engine remains damaged. Having a shiny, dent-free car with no working engine does the owner no good! Only by repairing the vehicle inside and out will it be properly restored to a working condition.

The same is required of God’s restoration of humanity. We have already seen God’s intentions to return the people to the land, forgive their sins, and dwell with them again. Those messages are echoed afresh in Ezekiel. God would take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land, and … cleanse you from all your… (Ezk. 36:24,24). We might describe these actions as God’s, with a view to repairing human beings. By His mercy, God’s people are clean again and restored to their home.

But more is needed than just a return to the land and forgiveness of sins. An internal fix is required, a repairer of the heart itself, hence the echo of God’s people in Ezekiel 36:26,27, the same way Jeremiah described the “new covenant” (Jer. 31:33).

The barriers to our relationship with God include more than the need to deal with our external sinful actions. Our entire inward being is inclined toward sin and rebellion against God. Only by addressing matters of the heart can we be restored to full relationship with God (cf. Matt. 12:34).

The promises of the new covenant are fulfilled in Christ. At the Last Supper, Jesus called the cup the new covenant in My blood (Lk. 22:20). And in Christ, the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us (Rom. 5:5). As you start out today, give thanks that Jesus transforms our hearts and makes possible a relationship with God.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, let Your search light beam on me and search the in-depth of my heart, and cleanse me.
2. Lord, You know my heart, visit it for cleansing and restoration.
3. Lord, let the sanctification of the heart be a true and real experience of all our spiritual leaders.

9 Things You Need To Stop Doing If You Want To Be Successful

Earl Nightingale, American motivational speaker and author, once said, “We become what we think about.” Perhaps truer words have never been spoken. The human mind is an incredible thing, and having the right attitude and mindset has routinely been stated by numerous successful people as being a pivotal key to success. Sometimes, however, it is easy to get side-tracked. Situations in life can get in the way of our goals, self-esteem, and personal well-being. Truthfully, success is a subjective term, and everyone will disagree over what constitutes being successful. Here are a list of guidelines, however, of some things to stop doing if you want to be or feel successful.

1. Stop Expecting Perfection

Often, we get frustrated when things don’t work out the way we want them to, or as quickly as we’d like them to. We stress over small details, or beat ourselves up for getting one thing wrong, or forgetting to dot one I or cross one T. People are fallible. Mistakes and drawbacks are a fact of life. Nothing is nor will it ever be perfect, and that’s okay.
Stressing out over minute details or things that would have been impossible to get to is unproductive and unhealthy. Start saying that you will do your personal best, because at the end of the day, you’re not in competition with anyone but yourself.

Example: Jennifer Lawrence is someone who everyone seems to be talking about right now, but did you know she was rejected for the role of Bella Swan in ‘Twilight‘? She also didn’t take theater classes. She just trusted her instincts and worked as hard as possible to land acting roles. Obviously, she wasn’t perfect for every role, but she didn’t expect perfection. She takes her failures and rejections well, trying to learn from each situation.

2. Stop Saying Yes When You Want to Say No

It’s always important to know your limits, and people will always try to test them. Human beings are social animals. We want to interact with others and feel like we are a part of something or like we are special to someone else. People also, for the most part, like to please others. Sometimes, however, it’s easy to be taken advantage of. Whether it’s helping a co-worker with something when you can’t really afford to, or loaning a friend money you can’t really afford to give.
Out of guilt, people often say yes to people and situations that they really should say no to. Don’t be afraid to trust your gut and say no. Sometimes you can’t stay a few hours later because you had other plans or important errands to run. Sometimes it’s okay to say no to that co-worker that keeps nagging you for help but is really just stalling because they don’t want to work and know you’ll help them.
Sometimes it’s okay to prioritize other things over work. Saying no is healthy. Saying no means that you know your boundaries and can demand respect.
Example: Margaret Thatcher is known as being tough. She was a powerful politician. She also knew during her career when she had to take a stand, and sometimes that stand meant saying no to bad political and economic policy.

3. Stop Negative Self-Dialogue

We all can probably play back in our minds every negative or embarrassing thing we’ve ever done to ourselves, been subjected to, or done to someone else. Whether it’s tripping over one’s shoelaces in the fourth grade, or being fired from a job, wronging someone else, or overhearing someone speaking negatively about us, those thoughts are forever solidified in our minds.
Replaying those thoughts, however, and constantly punishing oneself for past mistakes, is counterproductive at certain points. At some point, it’s more important to learn from situations and move on, instead of psychologically beating yourself up.
The next time you find yourself saying, “I’m not pretty enough”, “I did this horrible thing once five years ago and I’ll never forgive myself”, or any type of statement along those lines, turn off that negative self-dialogue. Look in the mirror and say something kind to yourself. Read some inspirational quotes. Acknowledge that you are taking steps and making an effort to be a better person. Admit to yourself that everyone makes mistakes, and most importantly, that making mistakes is okay.

Example: This article does a good job of listing Steve Job’s failures. We remember him anyway, and we remember him as a pioneer and someone who didn’t give up. When things go wrong, and they often do, it’s easy for us to remember every mistake we have ever made along the way.
Sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of our goals because of that lack of confidence. Don’t give up and attempt to stay positive. Train your brain to think of things in a new, more positive way. Most of all, keep working hard. Failure doesn’t have to be permanent.

4. Stop Focusing On Just Today

Successful people tend to understand the value of a good plan. They plan out their day, their goals, a budget and they plan how much to save for retirement. That doesn’t mean they don’t have fun, though. They most certainly do! They just make sure to plan when it is appropriate and inappropriate to have fun. They make time for productivity and fun, but still save and think about the future.
So, stop just focusing on today and having fun. Think about where you want to be in five, 10 or 15 years down the road! Having a good focus aids in success!

Example: Neil deGrasse Tyson has been in love with the universe and science since he was nine years old. Because of that love, he worked long-term to study the things he cared about. He was accepted into Harvard where he majored in physics, eventually moving on to advanced education. His list of accomplishments would take up another full article in and of itself.

5. Stop Ignoring Your Goals

Stop believing things will just work out for you because you’re a good person. Good things only happen to people who make an effort. A part of making an effort is setting goals for oneself. As evidenced in the previous point, it’s not enough to just focus on the day at hand. It’s important to manage time and set short-term and long-term goals in order to be able to track progress and have something to strive for.

Example: Alan Turing is considered the father of artificial intelligence and computers. He also broke the code to the N**i encryption machine called Enigma. He faced many challenges along the way, such as the inability to identify with others and being charged with indecency, for which he was eventually pardoned. Despite his personal struggles, though, he managed to break the code for Enigma, saving approximately 14 million people from death and in turn helped end World War 2.

6. Stop Isolating People

Successful people understand that not everything is about work, church or similar obligations. Some things are about family, relaxation, and hobbies. It’s easy to get the impression that everyone who feels or defines themselves as successful probably has no spare time on their hands, and in some cases, that’s true.
However, it isn’t always. Social isolation can kill people. In fact, many successful people have mastered the art of balance. They don’t isolate the people they love because they have large goals or something they want to accomplish. Instead, they incorporate those they love into their goals and hobbies.

Example: According to a recent Forbes article, many leaders feel lonely. However, here are 25 examples of social business leaders who seem to thrive on relationships. It’s okay to know how to work alone and prefer that, but it’s also important to be able to rely on your staff, friends, and family for support.
Involving people in leadership or product processes makes them feel valued and provides valuable feedback. Successful people enjoy that relationship. They also enjoy their time away from their goals and work to spend time with their loved ones.

7. Stop Comparing Yourself To Everyone Else

Successful people understand that the only person they can compete with today is the person they were yesterday. They are too focused on themselves and their goals to worry about anyone else. They don’t want to compare themselves to others because it’s counterproductive. However, they do analyze where they have weak points and are able to genuinely admire people who have mastered things they have not.
There is no use to comparing yourself to someone else. It’s counterproductive and harmful to your self-esteem. It also helps to harbor negative self-dialogue.

Example: Taylor Swift is one of the most successful recording artists of our time, but before that, she was a struggling musician in Nashville playing at small venues and coffee shops. She would turn in demos to various studios, covering a variety of songs.
It was only when she started playing and writing her own music that she got noticed and became the celebrity she is today. She faced a lot of adversity as well. There were people who doubted her skills and told her she couldn’t sing. Her confidence and faith in herself overcame that.

8. Stop Living In The Past

Successful people learn from their failures, but they do not live in the past. They take the skills and lessons they acquired from their failures and apply them to the present and future. Don’t live in your own personal past. Don’t define yourself by who you were. Define yourself by who you are today and by who you’re working toward becoming.

Example: Would we even remember Thomas Edison if he gave up on his ideas before becoming successful? Can you imagine simply focusing on what happened yesterday? So what if yesterday was a failure? Try again! Failure teaches us about what doesn’t work, and helps us get closer to a process that does work. Choose your attitude and control it. Move forward. Remember, failure is feedback.

9. Stop Tolerating Dishonest People

Successful people appreciate other people for their unique traits and gifts. They do not attempt to harm, belittle, or in any way demean others for their own successes or ideas. They are open to relationships with others, but know when to cut the cord, so to speak.
People can be too forgiving when it comes to being wronged, and it’s important to know one’s limits. Successful people do not tolerate negative and dishonest people, because they are too busy loving honest, sincere people.

Example: Everyone. We have all had frenemies. We have all invested in people who did not return our investment in them. Successful people know how to w**d these dishonest people out. No one wants unneeded negativity around themselves or around the people they love. Read this article for tips on how to deal with dishonest people.
