God's intension at creation was that men will multiply and filled the earth but at a point they decided to build a tower that will reach heaven, that they may be famous and not be scattered all over the earth.
There unity is one of the factor that will make the dream a reality but God decided to change there language in order to scatter them there by bringing his intentions to pass.
Likewise in the case of the disciples, they need to be scattered by waves of persecution for God's desire of preaching the gospel to all nation to be accomplished.
N:B God have a purpose for all men
He has a way of bringing men into alignment with His will.
Seek God to align you with his divine intention for your life
Dont set out another plan outside of God's plan.
Trust Him with all your heart by seeking Him to direct your path.```
