How would you feel if someone told you, "Your business was a waste" ?
While making a box recently, someone said gift boxes are a waste of money. In his words,
"why I go spend money buy gift, come spend money to package am?"
The statement made me wonder how many people have this same notion about gift boxes🤔
I asked him a question, "when you go to buy stuffs in the market or store or supermarket, do you expect them to give you without putting it in a packaging bag (nylon)? "
He tried to argue that it's not the same thing, but I continued...
Well-made gift boxes are not only a thoughtful way to gift someone but can serve as long-term storage boxes.
I went on to say, even if you can't afford a gift box, gift bags are more budget-friendly options.
I concluded by saying "Something worth doing, is worth doing well" Packaging should not be an afterthought, it should be part of your gifting/branding process.
