This should not be the right position to sleep in, you are expected to sleep comfortably spreading your body out on the bed...

I know it's because of the cold and lack of a duvet that is why this man is sleeping like this.

Don't emulate this man because when he will wake up with body pain and that will not be good for his health to even start his day with pain.
