Donations update: All money raised during the Nov 28th 2024 pop-up have now been donated! 💸

This past weekend, we donated all the money we raised during our last pop-up to initiatives, and gaza relief. The total donated was €2.500.

We want to thank everyone that donated last week. Your donations now being used to feed and support people in Gaza. ❤️

We want to thank everyone that came to yesterday’s Zaytoun pop-up. It was lovely meeting all of you and seeing the community grow. It’s always a pleasure sharing our culture with you and seeing all of you enjoy it! 🍃😋

Mujadara! One of our main dishes for the next pop-up!
Mujadara is the ultimate Palestinian comfort food—simple, hearty, and oh-so-delicious! 🧅🍚 It’s made with lentils, rice (or bulgur), and caramelized onions that add a sweet, smoky flavor. 🌾✨

This dish has been a staple in Palestinian kitchens for centuries, loved for its humble ingredients and rich taste. It was often called “the poor man’s dish” because it’s budget-friendly yet super satisfying. 💚🥄

Join us in our next Zaytoun pop-up. We’ll be serving Palestinian dishes that are vegan friendly and definitely delicious!
