Unfortunately, there were none to be found! The few we managed to find in supermarkets turned black when roasted—definitely not the marshmallow experience we had in mind. That’s when the idea hit us: Why not create our own marshmallows? And not just any marshmallows—fresh, homemade marshmallows that are fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for every occasion.
