🙈 I woke up this morning with a headache 🤕 and to help sort the ache out of my monkey mind, i immediately reached for my Rose Quartz Crystal Eyemask.

💖The crystals are threaded together, so they moulded to my face
💖They were slightly cool, so it cooled my head down and stayed cool for over 10mins
💖And because they have a small amount of weight, it acted as a compression to immediately bring relief
