UPDATES!!
This Friday is our final day trading at our New Brighton location.
This definitely wasn’t an easy decision, especially as we haven’t even been open in New Brighton for a full year yet. We’ve genuinely given it our best shot, but unfortunately, New Brighton has remained a very quiet location for us, and the level of sales simply hasn’t been enough to keep up with the costs of running a physical store.
With all the other costs of operating a shop continuing to increase, we’ve reached the point where continuing to run the New Brighton store just isn’t sustainable for our business at this time.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us there since we opened. Every single visit, purchase and tokens of support has meant a lot to us. 🫶
But this isn't the end of the road for Vapeology’s 2nd location! 👀
We’re currently working hard behind the scenes to confirm another location that we’re really excited about. We’re hoping to have more news to share soon, and we think it could be a much better fit for us and our customers.
In the meantime, our Shirley store remains open as usual, and we’d love to continue seeing you there. ❤️
