ON TOP of the new va**ng laws already in motion, the government has released another proposal regarding limiting the NI****NE STRENGTH in reusable va**ng products, with only a 2 week consultation period.

To our understanding, this is what you need to know.

STARTING 1ST NOVEMBER 2023:

-Disposables will be no more, unless they have a lock feature, which most do not. Stock up while they're still hot!

-The removable battery conversation was ONLY to do with disposable v**es, and not hardware. So this is something that is good.

-All hardware will legally need to have a locking feature. Child proof. This means that every device must either have a lock feature or you will need to be able to turn your device off and on.

-No new v**e shops near schools or marae (within 300m)

-Restricted descriptions for product flavours. We are yet to have further information on what this means.

This is all very fresh and we will update you along the way as we find out more information.
