An opportunity has become available to join our team at **The Saddlery Store NZ / Kiwi Petz**.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident communicator with genuine horse/equestrian experience to join our online sales and warehouse team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, online sales administration, equestrian product advice and social media.

**The role includes:**
• Responding to customer emails and enquiries
• Confidently helping customers in person and over the phone
• Providing product, sizing and equestrian advice
• Coordinating online orders and communicating delays or alternatives
• Processing exchanges, returns and refunds
• Assisting with product listings, spreadsheets and ordering
• Helping with Facebook & Instagram posts/promotions
• Packing and preparing online orders for dispatch
• General administration and warehouse support

🐴 **About you**

Practical horse/equestrian knowledge is important. You don’t need to know every product or brand we sell — we can teach you that!

Most importantly, you need to enjoy talking to people and be confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

You’ll also need to be organised, reliable, computer confident, comfortable with social media, attentive to detail and happy working as part of a small team.

Experience in saddlery, equestrian retail, online retail, customer service or administration would be an advantage.

We are a long-established, family-run NZ business looking for the right person to become a valued member of our team.

Our thanks goes out to .equestrian for creating this great post with a wonderful recomendation for us on the Veredus E-Vento boots.

We get alot of enquiries from event riders looking for the perfect cross country boot as they have tried many of different types before, they either take in water and slip, cause rashs , don't absorb any impact and injuries ocur or generally can cause problems unless taped .

Congratulations to the silent auction winner Hannah Walton who recently attended the fundraising afternoon with Wendi Williamson and Junior last Friday at Bartley Riding School who are heading off to WEG and won our donated beautiful new 'Smart Nova Metal Polish Blue Silver Star Helmet with Polo Visor that arrived into the warehouse this morning and is now on its way to you in Auckland! 🥳🥳🥳

Just wanted to share this post and say thank you to all the people who attended this fundraiser, such a wonderful way to send off Wendi and Junior to WEG. I had a wonderful day attending the event and loved meeting everyone and fitting the KEP Italia - MAIN PAGE and Veredus Horse Riding Equipment I especially loved seeing Wendi in her new KEP Helmet and rocking her Veredus Saddle Cloth and bandages, it all looked so sharp and beautiful that is for sure!

We wish Wendi and Junior safe travels and look forward to seeing how they go , such a wonderful oppurtunity and experience for everyone involved!

Hi everyone,

If your free on Friday and love horses why not come along and support our sponsored rider Wendi and her horse Junior while enjoying a fun afternoon with some of the team from Team Williamson at Waitekauri Farm. This will go a long way in supporting her journey as the only NZ Dressage rider heading to WEG ( world equestrian games) , she leaves on the 15th of July for Europe and would love your support as its an extremely expensive business traveling horses internationally thats for sure !
