Tell me, do you use your fancy tea towels, or keep them for good?

I’m in the “keep them nice for baking day” camp. They do dry well, but it’s so nice wrapping a fresh batch of scones or loaf of bread straight out of the oven in something pretty.

It's probably time I was in bed, but I may have just added this to the website. 🌠🦉

I only have one on hand, but will be doing another fabric order soon, so back-orders are available on all 14 Classic Bird Portrait tea towel designs... OR if you happen to head to the Pinehaven Art and Craft Exhibition on Friday or Saturday this weekend, there is also one (and ONLY one) available there. Have you ever headed along to the Pinehaven Art and Craft Exhibition? If not, why not? It's one of the loveliest handmade shopping experiences we've come across in the Wellington region - and they look after their artists and makers very well!
Ryan dropped off a good range of our tea towels, greeting cards and art prints to them the other day, and we're looking forward to heading along on Friday night for the gala opening!

It's been a very busy week, and tonight after 8 days my devices are talking to each other again, so I can post some pictures.

We've always had a really infrastructure heavy market display, so coming to Auckland for the NZ Gift & Homeware Fairs with just one suitcase was always going to be a creative challenge. But we did it!

One day left, so if you're a buyer who is visiting the fair and haven't come had a chat to Elisabeth yet, she looks forward to seeing you tomorrow. :)

Bird and Beach will be at Auckland for the spring edition of from Sun-Tues, so it's time to produce our catalogue!

Winter days and long nights make this the perfect time of year to head to Greytown Village for the Festival of Christmas. Saturday night brings the Festival to a close... with a huge market to celebrate (and get you well ahead on your gift shopping for later in the year!)

Look out for the lights with birds... because that's where you'll find us. (We'll have updated branding this year to help you spot our stall.)
