We are well into 2022 now and I surely took a long break. The theme for me for this year has to be Relationships. Therefore my gift language will be quality time and as always quality self care gifts. Already have had amazing catch ups so far. Got my hair done today and what an amazing treat! I needed that head massage, was so relaxing. Some gift ideas that you didn’t ask for 😆 are… body oil, candles, and gift vouchers are really good too. I’m looking forward to rest before starting a new year. Lots of planning, self care and exercise for the next 2 weeks. Thanks for today. ❤️

Wow December! I have practiced gratefulness intentionally the last 2 years on a daily. And today I am truly grateful. For the good, the bad, the ugly and the extreme challenges I’ve had this year. It all has forced me to grow, change and surrender the things out of my control. I’m grateful for life, love, forgiveness and family. Have an awesome last few weeks of the year.
