We’re incredibly proud of Jamee and everything she has achieved since starting her journey with the Building Futures programme. 💙
From joining the team in 2021 to reaching an amazing five years of employment this October, Jamee has continued to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and build strong relationships along the way. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to learning make her a valued member of the PlaceMakers whānau.
Congratulations on this incredible milestone, Jamee – we can’t wait to see what the future holds! 👏
It’s time to reintroduce Jamee, one of our Building Futures trailblazers, as part of our very first cohort in 2021.
Jamee went directly into employment at what was then Tumu ITM Hastings and now she’s thriving as part of the PlaceMakers team. Across three different uniforms and a couple of roles, Jamee has remained in the same store location, building confidence, skills, and strong connections along the way.
Today, Jamee is enjoying her mahi supporting the reps and helping customers. She loves interacting with people throughout her day, and the opportunity to keep learning has helped her stay motivated, engaged, and proud of the path she is building.
This October, Jamee celebrates five years of employment. What an incredible milestone that reflects her commitment, resilience, and willingness to keep growing.
We’re so proud to celebrate Jamee’s journey and the bright future she continues to create for herself.
