Spring is coming. Slowly the flowers are emerging here and there little changes in the garden. Yesterday was like a spring day beautiful sunshine followed by sprinklings of rain in the afternoon and today...wind! Follow along for local, sustainable cur flowers. Just a few daffodil popping through. I've never grown them before and it's so exciting. How warm and spring like was it yesterday!!

The Dahlia tubers are starting to arrive! Too early to plant just yet. But do check they have no broken bits or soft parts as soon as you get them and talk to the seller straight away if you do. If buying from a big store like Mitre 10/Bunnings etc carefully move the sawdust around and check the dahlia is in one piece any broken necks will highly unlikely grow
