Finished up this striped marlin tail mount I’ve been working on for a while. Airbrushed with some nice iridescent colours and mounted on a piece of beautiful New Zealand native timber. This fish was one of a double hookup we got this season, Looking forward to doing more of these in the future. 👌🎣

New lure for this season and it’s already proving itself 🔥
First day running it on the marlin we tagged one early, then later in the day lost another right at the boat side. Safe to say this lure is looking deadly already.
Can’t wait to see how it performs on the southern bluefin this year — I know the tuna are going to love it. A heavily keeled, fish-like bullet head design built to get eaten.
