Kia ora, Recovery Shop visitors!

A quick reminder for anyone dropping off pet food packaging or aluminium lids for recycling. Sticking to the right items helps keep these programmes running smoothly.

🐾 PET FOOD PACKAGING ONLY
(This bin is NOT for soft plastics or any other waste)
-All brands of cat and dog food packaging (dry food bags and wet food pouches)
-Must be clean and contain no food residue
-No tins

This recycling programme is supported by Vets on Waiheke who take the collected packaging off‑island for processing through TerraCycle.
Please help us keep it going by only dropping off the items listed above to make their job simple!
When you bring the food packaging in, you can claim a nail clipping voucher for your pets at the shop counter
