Last chance to get your fix at the Waikanae Market this Saturday before our winter break!

Orders open until Friday night usually, some items highly likely to be marked sold out online before then (usually rye & muffins first). Will have full range available for purchase on Saturday but no guarantee how long it’ll all last 😬

Making as many loaves as possible! Early orders help me decide on quantities 💕

If you miss out on Saturday, one final chance to purchase from The Big Egg Shop - Otaki or Seriously Pickled on Wednesday 26th.

Swapping the heat of the ovens for the warmth of the sun ☀️

Taking a break 27/08 - 06/09 (two markets!)

A lot of hours go in to running this little business. Grateful to be able to take a well earned winter break, with reasonable certainty that my lovely customers will welcome me back afterwards 💕

4 weeks to stock up! Last bake before holiday will be to the The Big Egg Shop - Otaki Seriously Pickled and Tītahi - Food with Freedom 26/08 , then back at those same spots 09/09 all going to plan

Not the loveliest morning for a market but the bread is all looking top notch 👌

6 years tomorrow since taking the first few Tironui Sourdough out of my mum’s oven 😳 Time sure flies, and batch size has multiplied A LOT 🔥
