The prettiest five-minute dessert in the fridge

Ingredients

— 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
— 3 tbsp Frenchies Wildberry Syrup
— ½ cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
— 3 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts
— Fresh or frozen berries to layer
Steps

Stir Frenchies Wildberry Syrup through the Greek yoghurt.

In a tall glass, add a layer of crushed nuts at the base.

Spoon in a layer of wildberry yoghurt, then whipped cream, then berries.

Repeat layers until the glass is full.

Finish with a drizzle of Frenchies Wildberry Syrup and serve immediately.

Ingredients

— ¼ cup chia seeds
— 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
— 2 tbsp Frenchies Caramel Syrup
— ½ tsp vanilla extract
— Pinch of sea salt
— Whipped cream to serve

Whisk together chia seeds, milk, Frenchies Caramel Syrup, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.

Stir well, then stir again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients

— 200g cream cheese, softened
— 3 tbsp Frenchies Wildberry Syrup
— ½ tsp vanilla extract
— ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
— 2 tbsp crushed almonds or pecans (base)
— Fresh berries to garnish (optional)
Steps

Place a spoonful of crushed almonds or pecans into the base of each cup or glass.

Beat cream cheese, Frenchies Wildberry Syrup, and vanilla together until smooth.

Fold whipped cream through the cream cheese mixture gently.

Spoon into cups over the nut base.

Drizzle a little extra Frenchies Wildberry Syrup on top and add fresh berries to garnish.
