I used to grow lots of dahlias from seed but have since refined how I grow for productivity and it just makes more sense for my small space to grow from tuber, as I can guarantee the flower will be useable.
Although I do love growing them from seed and was very tempted this year just for my own enjoyment, it's like Christmas for millennials seeing them bloom for the first time and seeing what you would get!
Next year maybe ill make room for a few from seed again 🌱🌸
