A customer has asked about the UV reading for our parasols. We are in the process of finding out the information but they forwarded us a link to an article about the benefits, with climate change in mind, of using umbrellas/parasols as sun protection. We thought we would pass the link along.

If it's streaming sunshine outdoors and the sunscreen isn't handy, do as ladies in the past once did and grab an umbrella for shade, researchers say.

Something stunningly different. This slightly oriental themed 82cn waxed cotton parasol is metallic gold but the colourful weaving underneath is the main feature of this parasol. Unlike our normal parasols, this stunning little number has a long bamboo handle. It can still be carried like a normal parasol but it could also be used as a decorative feature for an indoor function or shop decoration. While it is showerproof it would not stand up to a good wind, left to stand on it's own.

We are down to just 4 left in stock so have reduced by 33.3% to $180.00
