To the wonderful Scintilla customers, I have finally completed my online store , Mary Ethical Clothing. I used my middle name Mary for the new label.
My sister Anna’s middle name is Magdalen and it was the most amazing coincidence that we came up with the idea to use our middle names for our new labels, Magdalen is still in progress so watch this space.
Mary is about simple natural fabrics, comfortable flattering styles and quality garments that will last for years.

To all our cherished customers

We are sad to announce the closing of our last Scintilla store in Raglan on Sunday 15th March.
It is the end of an era for us all and has been a difficult decision to make. We have decided to take a break as retail has been difficult for a few years now.
Afterwards, however, we will be selling online under separate labels as we both still love the creative process, designing and making beautiful unique clothing. We also both plan to have open workshop sales.
We cherish all the support you have given us over the past 17 years. You have been the inspiration to keep going and we will always be grateful for your custom.
