🪡reverse appliqué🧵

This is the technique I'll be teaching at my workshop this Friday along with embroidery basics! Attendees will bring their own item to personalise with these techniques after some practice on provided fabric 🥰

The workshop will be held at Newtown Community Centre - Te Whare Hapori o ngā Puna Waiora 6pm to 8pm, all material provided as well as kai, non-alcoholic drinks and good vibes!

I'm going to teach workshops!
I know I've said this A LOT in the past but this time it's actually happening (help)!

Each month we’ll gather for a cosy, relaxed session at the newtown community centre where we'll do some crafts — embroidery, polymer clay, felt, beads... Every workshop will feature a simple, fun project designed so that anyone can join in.

These workshops are all about slowing down, playing with materials, learning something new, and enjoying a lovely creative moment together.
Come along, try something new, and leave with a handmade piece and maybe a new favourite hobby. I can’t wait to craft with you! ✂️💛
