My team and I recently created this three‑tier wedding cake — 10 / 8 / 6 inch tiers, each with three layers, standing an impressive 29 inches tall for 120 servings. The client required an additional 180 servings as they had 300 on their guest list. In order to provide the size they needed we opted for a budget friendly approach to instead provide cutting cakes (3 x 22x12 inch sheet cakes) to cater to all their guests.
