1. How to Secure an Item 🙋‍♀️

To SECURE an item, comment "MINE"

The Screen Rule: The item goes to the person whose comment appears first on OUR screen. Because of internet lag, your comment might look first on your phone, but we go strictly by the order shown on the seller’s end. We will reply "YOURS" or like your comment to confirm it's yours!

2. No Deleting or Editing Comments 🚫✏️
Think before you click! Deleting or editing a "Mine" comment is strictly prohibited.
If you accidentally mined the wrong item, simply reply to your own comment saying "Cancel" so the next buyer in line can have a chance.

3. Invoice & Payment Window ⏱️💰
Check your DMs: After the drop/live stream, we will send you an itemized invoice with your total bill and payment details.
24-Hour Rule: Payments must be settled within 24 hours after receiving your invoice. Unpaid items will automatically be passed to the next buyer ("Next") or re-posted.

4. No Joy Reservers / Bogus Buyers 🙅‍♀️
Joy reserving (mining items and then disappearing or refusing to pay) hurts small businesses.
Buyers who fail to pay within the 24-hour window without a valid reason will be blocked from joining future drops.

Welcome to Yam's Thrift Shop! To ensure a fun, fair, and fantastic treasure-hunting experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our official shop rules:

1. No Reservations (First Come, First Served)
Because thrift finds are unique and quantities are limited, we cannot hold items based on comments or DMs alone.
An item is only considered sold once payment is confirmed.

2. All Sales Are Final 🚫🔄
Please inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing. Check for sizing, electronics functionality, or any minor thrift imperfections.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

3. Payment Methods Accepted 💳📱
We accept GCash and Bank Transfers. Please send a screenshot of your proof of payment within 24 hours of invoicing, or the item will be reposted.

4. Shipping & Pick-Up Policy 📦🚚
Pick-up: pick-ups must be claimed within 5 days of purchase.
Shipping: For online buyers, shipping fees are to be shouldered by the customer. We ship via J&T Express within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

Thrifting is all about the joy of the hunt! Please respect fellow shoppers and our staff.
