📢 A Friendly Reminder About Pokémon Pre-Orders & Allocations 🙇‍♀️

🔴 If you’re not comfortable waiting or with the possibility of allocation, we kindly ask that you reconsider placing a pre-order.
Pre-orders through Local Game Stores (LGS) are always subject to distributor allocation.

If you need an item immediately, you may choose to:
• Queue at retail stores or malls on release day.
• Purchase from the secondary market at current market prices.

🔴 “Why are there refunds?”
Our estimated order quantities are based on previous allocation trends to help customers maximize their chances of securing an item. However, distributor allocations can change at any time. Ordering more only increases your chances—it does not guarantee allocation.

🔴 Please be 200% sure before placing a pre-order.
Once your order is submitted, it is immediately included in our distributor order. We do not accept cancellations. Customers who repeatedly cancel confirmed orders may no longer be accommodated for future pre-orders or store transactions.

🔴 Where does the down payment go?
The 30% down payment is forwarded to our distributor as part of the pre-order process. It is not retained by our store. If a refund is necessary due to allocation, we can only process it once the distributor has completed their own refund process.

🔴 Why are there delays or no updates?
We rely entirely on updates from our Philippine distributor. If they have not released new information, we also have nothing new to share. We always post updates as soon as we receive them.

🔴 “Why do malls already have stock?”
Large retail chains and malls are supplied by different distribution channels. Local Game Stores (LGS) receive inventory through a separate distributor, so release schedules and allocations may differ.

🔴 Do you have extra stocks?
Whenever possible, we prioritize customers who placed pre-orders. If we have extra units from our store allocation or if allocated customers decline their offers, we contact other pre-order customers first before making any remaining stock publicly available.

🔴 Please don’t use your emergency fund for pre-orders.
Pre-orders are for items that may take time to arrive and can be affected by allocation and unforeseen delays. We encourage everyone to only pre-order items that fit within their budget and that they are comfortable waiting for. Please only order what you can truly afford.
