Stay Safe This Rainy Season – Protect Your Car Audio

Rain can easily ruin a great sound setup if moisture sneaks in. Keep your system dry and performing at its best with these proven techniques:

✅ Inspect Door and Window Seals – Make sure they’re tight and not cracked. Water often enters through weak seals and drips onto door speakers.

✅ Proper Amplifier Placement – Keep amps away from the floor or any area prone to water pooling. Mount them securely on elevated or enclosed spots.

✅ Moisture-Resistant Covers – If your system has exposed components (common in custom installs), use protective covers or weather-treated enclosures.

✅ Dry and Ventilate After Heavy Rain – If water does get in, dry the panels and let air circulate to prevent moisture buildup inside speaker housings.
