Our Kit Search Guide
‎
‎1. Getting Started with Your Down Payment
‎The First Step: To kick off our search and secure your kit, we require a ₱500 down payment.
‎Our Promise: We immediately get to work looking for your kit as soon as this deposit is processed! To keep things fair for everyone, we can't start a search or hold any items until this payment is made.
‎
‎2. How Our Refunds Work
‎We want to be completely open about how the deposit works:
‎
‎If We Can't Find It: We will try our absolute best to fund and source your kit. In the rare event that we simply cannot make it happen, we will happily return your full ₱500 down payment.
‎
‎If Your Plans Change: Because we invest our time, resources, and outreach right away, the deposit becomes non-refundable once the search begins. If you decide to back out or cancel mid-way through the process, the ₱500 deposit cannot be refunded.
‎
‎3. Keeping Things Moving Smoothly
‎
‎Teamwork: To help us find your kit quickly, we just ask that you get back to us with any needed details within 7 business days. If we don't hear back by then, we will have to close out the search, and the deposit will be forfeited.
‎
‎Good Things Take Time: Sourcing unique kits can sometimes take a little time. As long as we are actively tracking down your kit, the search stays active and the deposit remains non-refundable.
