YU-GI-OH.jp announced their newest product, the COMPLETE FILE special set featuring the Diabellstar lore cards!

Also featured in this product are the Overframe art cards of new and existing cards (to be announced)!

Also, 19 cards from the Diabellstar lore will be available in Prismatic Secret Rare (PSER), along with a special icon inside the effect text box!

PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT ❗❗

Yu-Gi-Oh.jp announced three new products to be released later this year and in 2027!

First is the 4th main booster set of Series 14 tentatively named "PRIDE AND SOUL" which is rumored to be heavily themed around Seto Kaiba! It is scheduled to be released on the 23rd of January, 2027.

Second is the THE DARK SIDE OF DIMENSIONS 10th Anniversary Movie Box for the "Dark Side of Dimensions" (DSOD) movie commemorating its 10th anniversary by featuring cards from the movie along with Overframe arts for those cards! It is scheduled to be released on the 19th of December, 2026.

And lastly, the new THE CHRONICLES animation featuring Evil★Twins will have a new card protector! In line with the release of the animated series featuring these two adored "vtubers" slash thieves! These will be also available on the 23rd of January, 2027.

You have done your combos on your turn. You have assembled your end board. What do you do next? You then go to the End Phase!

The End Phase (Japanese: エンドフェイズ Endofeizu) is the final phase of the turn. It occurs after Main Phase 2 (or Main Phase 1 if no Battle Phase was conducted) has been completed.

Many card effects apply during the End Phase, such as "Change of Heart" and "Power Bond". The turn player gets to decide the order to apply their maintenance costs and/or effects that apply or activate at this time.

At the end of the End Phase, if the turn player has more cards in their hand than the hand size limit (normally 6), they must discard cards until their hand satisfies the hand size limit.

Any action that states "at the end of the turn", such as the expiration of the effect of "Effect Veiler", is done at the very end of this phase, after discarding cards to adjust to the hand size limit if the number of cards exceed this.

Fun Fact: The End Phase is the only phase that cannot be skipped by a card effect in the TCG/OCG, unless the entire turn gets skipped.

Ever had a duel where there is no hope of winning? Instead of fighting a losing battle, you then concede to avoid the sting of failure?

To surrender means to forfeit a Duel to the opponent, allowing them to automatically win the Duel.

Surrendering is often informally known as scooping, because after surrendering a player "scoops" up all of their cards and shuffles them back together in preparation for the next Duel.

Surrendering can be used strategically in a Match if it would not result in a Match loss. For example, if the player wants to conceal specific cards or their overall Deck theme from their opponent but is very unlikely to win from their current position, surrendering would prevent the possibility of the opponent finding out. Surrendering can also be done to save time due to the nature of timed tournament matches.

Players may concede a game at any point during a game or match, including during the opponent's turn. Once a match result is determined, the result is final and cannot be altered; it is too late for a player to concede.

Players may not offer nor accept any form of compensation for conceding. Players who partake in bribery or collusion violate Konami policy and will be subject to penalties for Unsporting Conduct—Cheating.

Players must clearly announce their intention to concede a game or match.
