Looking back at this feature reminds me of how far GTM Arts and Crafts Manufacturing has come. What started as a small dream during difficult times slowly became a brand, a livelihood, and a story worth sharing.

THE SWIFT SHIFT FROM RESELLER TO MANUFACTURER!
Did you know that GTM Arts and Crafts Manufacturing started with a ₱2,000 prize from a local poster-making contest? At just 23 years old, Godiosa Talania Macabacyao overcame tough personal and financial challenges by starting a small online business reselling bayong bags in 2021. Later, after moving home to Dilasag, Aurora, she used her artistic talent to hand-paint the bags herself, creating unique designs that caught the eye of locals and tourists alike.
With guidance from DTI Aurora and Negosyo Center Dilasag, Godiosa officially registered her business and shifted from simply reselling to making her own product lines. Joining local trade fairs in Cabanatuan and SM Megamall helped her gain customers across the region, while her active social media posts kept buyers coming back. Today, she runs her own store in Poblacion, Dilasag, offering personalized souvenirs and handcrafted seashell items.
As Godiosa proudly shares: "Reseller noon, manufacturer na ngayon!" Her journey shows us that with creativity and strong determination, any small seed of hope can grow into something amazing. Support local and check out her hand-painted creations today!
