We have been doing this since we reopened in June. Our store is even equipped with exhaust fans that expel air from indoor and funnel fresh air from outside. Yet, we always do transactions outdoors. Thank you for our customers who appreciated our very strict safety protocols.

We are now open and observing a strict safety protocol.

- No properly worn face mask, no transaction.

- Please wash your hands thoroughly. We installed a sink at the front entrance.

- Please disinfect your shoes/sandals/slippers by stepping on our foot bath trays located at the entrances.

- We'll transact outside of the store building. Please enter via the left side gate. Interacting outdoors coupled with the necessary precautions like properly wearing face masks and maintaining physical distance is safer than transacting inside a confined space with recirculating air.

- For restringing services, your guitar will undergo a disinfection process first inside our UV light cabinet for 30 minutes. After restringing, you can also request that we disinfect it again because we worked on it. Restringing may take a minimum of 1.5 hours. If you can't wait that long and need it immediately, please just buy the strings you need and restring it yourself.

- We will beg off from any social visit as this is not the time for it. If you just want to check out what we have and will not transact at the moment, let us defer that to a later date. Let's avoid unnecessary face to face contact. You can just message us here at this page if you have an inquiry.

- If you're transacting on a Sunday, please give us prior notice. We are closed on Sundays. We can, however, accommodate those who will set an appointment.
