Subject: Update on Giyu XCross Link & Akaza XCross Link Pre-Orders
Dear valued collectors,
We would like to issue a formal update regarding the Giyu XCross Link and Akaza XCross Link figures.
After reconfirmation with our supplier, we were informed that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for these items has been unexpectedly moved to April 2026.
This update differs from the original ETA stated in your invoice (November–December), and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause.
Please know that Dubo Collectibles is continuously coordinating with our supplier to seek clarification and push for the earliest possible release. There is still a possibility that the shipment may proceed within the originally agreed-upon timeframe, and we remain hopeful for a positive outcome.
As per standard policy, refunds may be obtained upon reaching the invoice deadline, should the items still not arrive by that time. Until then, we wish to reassure everyone that your orders remain secured and active.
Alternatively, customers who prefer not to wait may choose another available item from our shop, and we will be happy to assist with a smooth and fair arrangement.
