*STRICTLY NO ALTERATION IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE ITEM RENTED
Any alteration done with the rented item will be considered as damages.
Each item rented has a rental period of 5 days only, and shall be returned on the 5th day from the date rented.A daily penalty charge of P50.00 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.
The DEPOSIT FEE is a refundable amount given back to the customer after complete inspection of the returned rental items in good condition. Damages to the items like tears, permanent stains, burns, and the like will be charged to the customer and will be quoted on a case to case basis, and may cause your DEPOSIT FEE to be placed on hold for Three (3) days. An Additional fee will be charged on top of the RENTAL FEE and DEPOSIT FEE if the item(s) rented are damaged beyond minor repairs or lost while in the customer’s possession.
A Valid ID must be presented for every customer who will sign this waiver form. Strictly NO Identification NO rental policy is enforced.
Returning the item(s) rented when it is due is your sole responsibility. Please be warned that when the item(s) has exceeded the due date for returns and we have not received nor successfully reached you in your given contact details. We shall then consider this as a deliberate action to not return our property and shall consider this as theft, rest assure that such cases will be dealt with accordingly.
