Please take time to READ before placing your Orders- This is really Important! When you purchase our goods and other products, you agreed to be bound by these Online Terms & Conditions:
1. Place your Order if you are only willing to wait, patience is a must.
2. (In case there are changes in schedule it will be posted ahead of time)

Expected date of arrival of Pre-order item is 2-4 days after the cut-off date. We will inform you upon arrival of your item ordered. The arrival of item/s depends on the courier service. It may be earlier or later than expected rest assured we will give you an update on the arrival of your item.
4. Once you submit Order before or during the cut-off date that is Final. No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy for items you will receive correctly & in good condition. So please check your orders thoroughly including sizes & color before placing it. Replacement & exchange is applicable for items received wrongly (Meaning not your order, different item or size from your order) and items with damage (Damage due to your usage will not be replaced)
5. Items on pictures posted maybe slightly different from actual item due to Lighting & Photography.
6. Items can be picked up at our shop located at #166 New Market Road, Poblacion East, Lagawe, Ifugao. Please inform your schedule of pick up for us to make sure we can accommodate you on your given schedule. If you cannot come on your given schedule kindly inform us ahead of time so we avoid any misunderstanding on both sides. You can contact this number for your pick up schedule. (09172747581)
7. In case your location is far from our shop. We can accommodate your order thru shipping via JRS or LBC. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer. We follow JRS rate and you will be paying exactly the amount on your shipping receipt. Any difference on the receipt can be refunded or claim to you on your next transaction with us.
8. For pick up items, we require 50% deposit for order of items amounting 1000php & above for pre-order items to ensure you are 100% sure & confirm that you will be getting the item before we will process your orders.
9. For items that are for shipping. We strictly implement payment first policy before we ship your items. Pay today ship today policy is also implemented. We do not accept payments unless we have confirmed that your items are with us & ready to ship.
10. Please order only if:
a.) You have time & money to claim your order. b.) 100% sure you are buyer the item. You can follow our terms & condition for pre-order items
Otherwise if you cannot claim your item within the period of maximum 15 days, you will be posted as bogus buyer/ joy reserver.
11. Reason why we are posting the bogus buyer/joy reserver:
a.) To prevent others from doing the same thing to us or to others
b.) To warn others & not be a victim of the bogus buyer/joy reserver. We are running a legal business here and we do not tolerate any irresponsible behavior
12. Mode of Payment: LBC/CEBUANA/MLHULLIER/WESTERN UNION
We are only using the accounts posted as mode of payment. Other than this please check carefully if you are really doing the transaction with us as there are many scammers and nowadays we have informed also by other online shops that they have experienced their profile are being copied & used by scammer.
