This is the Transfăgărășan (in Romania🇷🇴).
It is an spectacular paved mountain highway and it is one of the most beautiful driving roads in the world.
A reputation cemented internationally when Top Gear dubbed as the "greatest driving road" in 2009. Winding directly through the Făgăraș Mountains (part of the Southern Carpathians), the route stretches roughly 90 to 100 kilometers, connecting the historic regions of Wallachia and Transylvania. It ascends to a staggering maximum altitude of 2,042 meters near Bâlea Lake. (c)wiki/google
