1. SAAN PO ANG STORE NINYO ATE? VISAYAS? MINDANAO? WHERE?

MAY BRANCH PO KAYO SA MANILA? This is an ONLINE store po.. all transactions are made online lang.. you send payment and then your orders will be delivered via JRS EXPRESS to you. Though my photos may look like I have an actual physical store, these were taken in my living room lang po.. Inayos ko lang to make it easier for me to sort orders and do inventories.

2. DO YOU DO MEET UPS? WHEN? Sorry,

I don't do meet ups.. I am a stay at home mom who runs this store from my house and I don't have the time po to do meet ups.

3. HOW DO I ORDER? IS THERE AN ORDER FORM? All orders are sent via PRIVATE MESSAGE, I tried the form thing pero kasi andaming nagsesend but they just cancel in the end, medyo gumugulo lang. Send me a message of your orders and then I will confirm if there are stocks available.

4. I WILL ORDER ________ . PLEASE RESERVE FOR ME CAN I PAY NEXT WEEK? I don't reserve items, I strictly implement a FIRST TO PAY GETS THE ITEM policy. You can get back to me once you are ready to order and ask for availability of stocks.


5. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE? WHAT COURIER? I ship items via JRS Express. this is the only courier I use for local shipments because they pick up the packages from my house. As of March 1, 2015 shipping fees are as follows:
letter pouch - 120php Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao (would fit small items like face masks, baller bands)
one pounder pouch - 130 Luzon; 140 Visayas Mindanao (for bags, pillows etc)
regular cargo - 200 minimum final price would depend on how big the package is (for orders that will not fit in the first two pouches)

6. HOW DO I SEND MY PAYMENT? Modes of Payment accepted are as follows:
BPI bank deposit
BDO bank deposit
Unionbank bank deposit
LBC door to door payment, NOT branch pick up (your payment will be delivered to my house)
G-Cash (additional withdrawal fee of 20pesos per transaction)
Paypal (additional withdrawal fee of 50pesos per transaction)

7. CAN I JUST PAY VIA CEBUANA, PALAWAN OR OTHER PERA PADALA? I DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT KASI. The only modes of payment accepted are the ones listed above. Because when payment has been made, I can easily check them online, via text message or if via LBC, it will be delivered to me. You don't need an account to deposit money. Step by step guide in the photos below.






8. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDERS? Shipping schedule is MWF..cut-off of payment is the day before or til 10am MWF para maisama sa shipment on those days. Once shipped matatanggap the next day if Luzon or depending on location if Vis/Min sometimes up to 2 days.. ex: paid and confirmed BEFORE 10am Monday. it will be shipped Monday rin. you'll receive it Tuesday. ex2: paid on a Monday AFTER 10am.. it will be shipped on the next schedule which is WEDNESDAY.. you'll receive it Thursday. payments must be confirmed po muna bago maipaship.. send a copy of the deposit slip for bank payments.. as for LBC door to door payments. i will only ship out once they deliver your payment to my house..

10. HOW ABOUT CUSTOM MADE PLUSHIES? HOW MUCH? Prices depend on the size and design you want. just message me for inquiries.
