📦 HELLIOS BATCH 11 — SHIPPING DELAY UPDATE 🇮🇩✈️

Hello everyone! We would like to give everyone an update regarding the Hellios Batch 11 shipment.

Unfortunately, our shipment has been affected by the recent volcanic eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau in Indonesia. The eruption has caused volcanic ash to spread across several areas, resulting in the temporary closure and suspension of operations at multiple airports in Indonesia, including major airports serving Jakarta. This has also caused widespread flight and cargo disruptions.

Because of this situation, our Batch 11 shipment has been temporarily delayed as logistics and cargo operations are affected.

Please rest assured that the shipment is still proceeding and there is no cancellation of your orders. We are closely coordinating with Hellios and our logistics partners and will continue to monitor the situation until normal operations resume.

🙏 We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. This is a situation beyond our control, and we will make sure to provide another update as soon as we receive confirmed information regarding the shipment's movement.
