POV: You draw one card. The Locust God creates an Insect. Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards sees a token enter the battlefield. He draws you another card. Another Insect. Mister Fantastic sees the new token. Another card. Another Insect. Your opponents are watching an Izzet legend draw your entire library and generate an infinite token army from a single opening draw trigger.
Prerequisite: Both on the battlefield. You need any way to draw a card to start the loop like your draw step, a cantrip, or any triggered draw effect. The loop is self-sustaining from that first draw.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Draw a Card.
Any draw trigger starts the chain. The Locust God sees the draw and creates a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
Step 2 — Mister Fantastic Sees the Token Enter.
Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards has a static trigger: whenever one or more tokens you control enter the battlefield, you may draw a card. The Insect token triggers him. Draw a card.
Step 3 — Loop.
Draw → Locust God: Insect Token → Mister Fantastic: Draw → ∞ Insects + ∞ Cards
Each draw creates an Insect; each Insect triggers Mister Fantastic for another draw. Both loops feed each other indefinitely. Your entire library enters your hand. An infinite haste Insect army enters the board. All in one turn. Note that you need a way to end the game. Since you are possibly drawing your entire library you would need the usual suspects like Thassa's Oracle, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Laboratory Maniac, etc.
BEST FIT
Any Izzet or five-color spellslinger build running The Locust God. Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards fits as a token draw engine before the combo fires. This is the most accessible two-card infinite engine in the MSH set.
