FIRST HATER NG LEA’S CATCH 😱

We’ve heard some misinformation being spread about Lea’s Catch, so we felt it was important to address it and clarify our position on the matter.

A certain Reddit user mentioned that our IRs and SIRs are usually 10-20% above the market price, and even gave an example with an Obsidian Flames Pidgeot ex:

"one concrete example around like early august is yung obsidian flames pidgeot na it was stickered at 1.5k then I asked if kayang 1.2k (like 1.28k yung market) and he said 1.4k was the lowest he can go since mahal yung bayad niya sa card"

We'd like to state that our last Obsidian Flames Pidgeot ex available for sale was at July 25, 2026 (as seen in the photos we attached). The said card didn't even have a sticker price.

Our next card show after July 25 was on August 14, because we were on hiatus for the early part of August due to us being out of the country. We even managed to pull a Mega Zeraora during the trip! 😂

The timeline and description of the card given just doesn't coincide with the events that happened and the picture of the card itself.

The user also stated the following:
"can imagine they sell bulk cards for like 50 pesos lol"

For context, our bulk cards are ₱5 per card, not 50. You can also see from our previous posts that our bulk cards have always been priced at ₱5 each.

We don’t claim to have the cheapest prices for every card. Our prices can change depending on when we sell the card because market prices can go up or down over time. But saying that we always sell our cards for more than the market price is not true. The example given is also not correct because we did not even have that card available to sell at that time.

We'd also like to say that we welcome any kind of valid criticism (You can always message us 📩). What we don't allow is for misinformation to be spread in regards to us.

To all the people who participated in that Reddit thread and supported us, we are very grateful for your kind replies. We appreciate all the people who gave us their honest feedback, recommended us, defended us, and just respected us despite everything.

We just want to do our part in Lea's Catch, to give beginners and kids the best possible experience when they visit our booth at card shows. 💜
