Our booth photo featuring our not-so-little helpers: Ashley, Amber, and Adam!
⚠️ Warning: Long post ahead hehe
We’re still processing all the emotions rn!!! We are soooo overwhelmed by all the love, support, and kindness! We came to SMASH with 2 full luggages + 2 full boxes of merch…and we’re going home with just 2 luggages which will soon be filled with tim tams and chicken salt and lucas papaw for pasalubong (and for ourselves ofc mehehe)! 😂 kidding aside, that’s how crazy this weekend was for us!
It’s our first time ever tabling in Australia, so we genuinely had no idea what to expect. We don’t really have social media presence here, so we honestly had zero expectations. Of course, we still hoped and prayed we’d do okay, or that maybe a few people would stop by our booth, but never in our wildest dreams did we imagine this kind of support. As soon as we realized our booth has a long queue, we couldn’t believe our eyes 😭 it took us a while to process what was happening. We even had to spread out our merch after day 1 bc all of our bulky merch were gone! 🤯 Thank you so much to everyone who dropped by our booth, adopted our merch, or took their time to say hello!
Also, a huge thank you to the SMASH organizers! We say this with full confidence: this is one of the best-run events we’ve ever been a part of. Everything was so organized, the event was well-marketed, and THE ARTIST ALLEY AISLES WERE SOOOO WIDE. You can really tell how much thought went into making the experience comfy and great for both artists and attendees. RAWR!!! 🦖
Lastly, and may I dare say, Australians are some of the nicest people on earth! Everyone we met was so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. Y’all made us feel so welcome 🥹
We’ll be carrying this experience with us for a vv long time. Thank you so much for making our first SMASH experience so special! 💛💛💛 We hope to be back again next year!
