Hello, everyone! Production of the remaining gifts for the Peonies+Pink and Gray kit will resume in the coming days. We sincerely apologize for the recent delays as our team welcomes our newest member, our second baby Pluzzle, Comet.
Just to give you some background, our admin team consists of four members, each handling different roles such as social media marketing, communication, and production. Production and packaging are taken care of by Nizza (Pluzzle by Nizza). All of our products are sent to their home for finishing touches, which also serves as the main hub where we, artists, gather for final touches and packaging.
This month, Mommy Pluzzle was on total bed rest due to health issues, and with the imminent arrival of the new baby, we didn't want to overextend her. Therefore, there was some delay in production. On April 18, we joyfully welcomed the newest member of our family, baby Comet!
We're also extending the pre-order days and payments for those who availed the installment basis. Again, sorry for the delays and thank you so much for your patience. We love you!
