Just have to share this:
We know that no one wants delay. The owner, workers, and the rest of the team doesn't intend to do that either. But no matter how much we want to meet all the deadlines, there will really be unavoidable circumstances and barriers (ex. inconsistent material availability, terrible weather condition, unexpected vast increase of orders, etc.) for us to meet the given time frame. Nice to know that we have clients who are always willing to understand and extend their patience. After a long and tiring day at work, getting a simple tap on the back like this means a lot, lessens our stress, and gives us positive vibes. ♥
