Within 24 hours of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
-Incorrect item shipped
-Damaged or defective items
-Proven that the product is counterfeit
After 24 hours has passed and there are no reported issues with the item, NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY is applied. We will not accept return/exchange of items just because you have changed your mind or miscalculated the size of the item. Important: Replacements/exchange of item is only applicable if it is still in its ORIGINAL packaging with complete tags and other inclusive items intact. The shipment fee returning to us will be handled by the buyer. In case that there is no replacement for the item, only then that we will issue a full refund. We are not liable for damages caused by shipping/transit and we leave the responsibility to the buyer to negotiate with the courier regarding this.
