Starting a business is not easy, but we made it!
Story time, hehe.
For our 3rd anniversary, I decided to craft a satin flower bouquet for my man because I wanted him to experience what I felt when he gave me flowers. One night during the process of making the flowers, a part of me started loving creating them, and I really enjoyed it. So, the day after, I asked one of my Ate in school, “what if ate mag benta ako?” she said “go, kaya mo naman e ang ganda pati”" Those words inspired me to create more flowers and try different kinds (rose, plumeria, and dahlia). My boyfriend and I talked about it, and we decided to sell them and create a business page, even though we didn't know how it would work. We chose to maintain a positive mindset, and whatever happened, at least we tried.
I posted pre-orders for Valentine's on my dump account. After posting, I kept checking Messenger and my boyfriend's account to see if anyone wanted to pre-order, but that night we were worrying: what if no one would avail? That thought never made us lose hope. The next day when we woke up, there was already one person, and we were so happy that someone trusted us even though we were just starting. Orders started coming in one after another. Exam week arrived (Monday, 2/9/26), and thank God, even though we had so many bouquets to make, He gave me strength to balance studying and crafting. I can't explain how proud I am of my boyfriend and me, we endured all the fatigue, glue gun burns, sleepless nights, and back pain, and we were so happy that we made it!
THANK YOU to everyone who believed we could do it and trusted our creations!
HAPPY HEART’S DAY, LOVERS!!💗
