WELCOME, KIDS, to RCAF 2026! Here are the🎨ART CONTEST MECHANICS:

1. Eligibility
Open to Pasigueno children ages 8 to 13.

Participants may join as:
-Category A: 8–10 years old
-Category B: 11–13 years old

-The contest is open to students from public and private schools.

-Only the first 35 participants who submit complete requirements will officially qualify for the contest.

2. Theme
Participants must create an artwork inspired by the theme:
“Pasig River: A Future We Imagine.”

Artwork should show the child’s vision of a clean, beautiful, and thriving Pasig River in the future.

3. Artwork Specifications
-Medium: Any 2D visual art medium (e.g., watercolor, poster color, acrylic, oil pastel, crayons, colored pencils, mixed media).

-Size: 1/4 Illustration Board (portrait or landscape orientation).

-Include a short 2–3-sentence description of their artwork.

-Artwork must be original and created solely by the participant.

-No digital art or AI-generated artwork allowed.

-The artwork must not have been previously published or awarded.

4. On-Site Contest Rules
-Participants will be given 2 hours to complete their artwork.
-All art materials will be sponsored by Quatro Arts
-Parents and guardians are not allowed to assist during the contest.

5. Submission Requirements to Qualify for the On-Site Contest
Submit these details to the Pasig Art Club page via Message:

- Full Name
- Age
- School
- Contact Number of Parent/Guardian

6. Judging Criteria
Creativity & Originality – 30%
Relevance to the Theme – 30%
Artistic Skill & Use of Medium – 25%
Overall Impact – 15%

7. Awards
1st Place
2nd Place
3rd Place
Special Citations

All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

8. Rights & Permissions
By joining, participants grant the organizers the right to photograph and reproduce the artwork for exhibition, publication, and promotional purposes, with proper credit to the artist.
